Twisted Stack is an AR-powered multiplayer Jenga-style game built with RealityKit and MultipeerConnectivity. Players take turns stacking and balancing virtual blocks in a shared augmented space, visible through their iPhones. The combination of real-time physics, local peer-to-peer gameplay, and spatial interaction creates a fun and immersive challenge.
I developed the UI and the MultipeerConnectivity logic.
The biggest challenge was combining RealityKit's AR environment with MultipeerConnectivity. Synchronizing physics and object placement across multiple devices in real-time required careful data modeling, interpolation, and latency management to keep the shared AR experience consistent and responsive.
