About This Project
A comprehensive attendance system designed for sales teams, featuring GPS tracking for location verification, automatic check-in/check-out functionality, real-time reporting, and integration with payroll systems. The solution helps organizations monitor field staff attendance and ensure accountability.
My Role
I was responsible for the full-stack development, including the GPS integration, attendance logic, reporting dashboard, and payroll system integration.
Challenges & Solutions
Implementing accurate GPS tracking required handling various edge cases, such as poor signal conditions and location spoofing prevention. I implemented fallback mechanisms and validation checks to ensure data integrity.
Integrating with the existing payroll system required understanding their API structure and ensuring data consistency between the attendance records and payroll calculations.
